To Hannah, I srsly hvnt recieved ANY sms from you before. It was stated in my T&Cs that items had to be collected in a month, but I never got your reply. I believe we had agreed to meet at buonavista for collection too, but as seen in the screen shot January 19th I have never rcved your reply. I cant be hounding every customer to collect their items, pl do understand. And FYI, I didn't use/sell/eat your items =_=  Calling me would have easily settled the misunderstanding, but you didnt, and none of those sms you sent ever got to me. Im truly sorry if there is some tech glitch or misunderstanding, but there are better ways of handling this. I have never encountered such a problem with a customer before. Brigitte. |
